The Marine Air Corps Station - Tustin was decommissioned in 1999. The City of Tustin is redeveloping the former base into an entire community known as Tustin Legacy. Encompassing 1,606 acres, Tustin Legacy is under rapid development boasting a million square foot outdoor shopping mall, entertainment, homes, schools, community parks, mixed use business and high tech industry corridors.
The Advanced Technology & Education Park will develop a total of 68.37 acres in Tustin Legacy, outlined in red below.
